Michele is a frequent speaker at conferences and events, and a thought leader in the industry. Michele served as President and board member for a non-profit. She enthusiastically mentors entrepreneurs, start-ups, young professionals and students of all ages in the MN Cup, Generation.MN, and at University and STEM programs.

Our industry is shifting from fee for service to value based healthcare. We are in the midst of this shift, yet no one agrees on the definition of value. There are many stakeholders: physicians and providers, patients, payers, and others, and each holds their own definition of value based on their perspectives and goals. At m.zoro Consulting, we help our client understand the value landscape to evaluate trade-offs and build a successful strategy. This is a blue ocean space, where the roads are not yet built.
