Outcome:

Each competitor had a very clearly defined customer persona which shaped the product features, messaging, and sales strategy. The new competitor had also developed a very large social media following in only a few years. 

Our client was able to highlight specific insights and define tangible actions to differentiate themselves to win and grow business.
